Returns and Exchanges
LoveKISSY understands that occasionally we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. It’s all part and parcel of the wonderful world of shopping; sometimes we buy before we try and the item just doesn’t fit our body shape.
We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer a full refund or exchange of an item within 3 working days, as long as the item you would like to return is unworn, and sent back to us with your receipt, along with the original tags and packaging*. Once we have received this, we can start the returns process.
We will endeavour to process your return within 10 working days, following receipt of the above. However, during busy periods such as Christmas or sale, this may take a little longer.
*Please note there are a few KISSY items which, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on, unless the product is unopened and in a saleable condition. This is simply for hygiene reasons – we hope you understand., These are;
- Panties where the wrapping has been removed
- Bras where the tags have been removed
- Mens underwear where the tags have been removed
Simply fill out our quick and easy returns form, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging and ship back to us within 3 working days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
LoveKISSY doesn’t offer a free returns service. We’ve found that the cheapest and most convenient way to send items is using MyHermes. The website will give you a tracking number – hold onto this for tracking purposes.
We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item.
If you have received a faulty item from us, we are very sorry to hear it, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. They will arrange for the item to be collected at a time convenient for you.
